1. General Refund Policy

AMA District 12 Motocross (D12MX) strives to provide fair and transparent policies regarding race registrations, event fees, and merchandise purchases. By completing a transaction on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Race Registration & Event Fees

  • No Refunds for Missed Events: Once a rider has registered for an event, refunds will not be issued for missed races due to scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, injury, or personal circumstances.

  • Event Cancellation by D12MX: If an event is canceled by D12MX for reasons such as severe weather, track conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, riders may receive:

    • A credit toward a future race event, or

    • A partial or full refund, at the discretion of D12MX organizers.

  • Race Rescheduling: If a race is rescheduled, registrations will automatically transfer to the new date. Riders unable to attend the rescheduled date may request a credit toward a future event.

3. Merchandise Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns & Exchanges: Merchandise purchased through the D12MX website may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom or personalized items

    • Clearance or discounted merchandise

    • Items worn, washed, or damaged after purchase

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Any transaction fees incurred during payment processing may be non-refundable.
